Create a video that highlights the Kulda Group.
Generate new leads / calls.
Motivate buyers/sellers to choose KG vs other realtors,
Viewers aligned with KG’s values.

AUDIENCE:

- Prospective buyers/sellers (cold leads).
- Individuals who already know the Kulda Group via previous transactions, workshops, community events, etc... (they will want to share this video)

DISTRIBUTION:

- Facebook Webpage + Promotion (advanced targeting tactics)
- Email list
- YouTube channel
- Nextdoor app
- Add to email signatures

 These kind of videos make sense in the 'AWARENESS' and 'CONSIDERATION' stages of the customer journey. Think about you can leverage this content in those stages of the customer journey. Phone call follow ups? Client outreach? Landing pages?
