PURPOSE:

Highlight Family Matters as the in-home care company of choice in the bay area as told by the "decision-makers" (typically the children of loved ones that need care).

GOALS:

To convert viewers into clients for Family Matters. We will place these videos into relevant stages of customer journey (below) for prospective clients. We can place these videos on landing pages, social platforms, email newsletters, follow-up touch points (sales collateral), etc.

Execution:

Filming location - loved one's home.
Caregiver and loved one are already there.
Need to organize time for decision maker (child) to be at that home too.
Interviews with 3 people (decision-maker, loved one, and caregiver)
Total shoot will be around 60 minutes maximum (interviews + supporting footage)
14-day turnaround time.
